If you have been arrested or charged with drug possession, possession of drugs for sale; grand theft; theft of an automobile; receipt of stolen property; robbery; weapons charges; rape; statutory rape; lewd acts on a minor; battery; domestic violence; or a juvenile offense:

• Do not make any statements. Invoke your right to remain silent
• Immediately ask for a lawyer

If you are pulled over for suspected DUI/Driving under the influence; or a traffic offense such as driving on a suspended license or reckless driving:

• DO NOT allow the police to search your house or your car. If they are asking you to consent to a search they probably do not have the right to look without your consent.
• DO NOT make any statements
• Immediately ask for a Lawyer
